Conceptual design of the settlement with various additional functions, spacial zoning and reduction of internal transport impact. Buildings are shaped with the energy use limitations criterion.

Planar concept is a blend of urban characteristics in vicinity of the area, giving its an identity.

Vertical plans are inspired by a shape of water coming though a nearby river dam.
